We had a great experience with Service Edge Heating & Air! Our AC went out over Labor Day weekend, and they were able to get us on their urgent service list. They originally gave us an appointment for the next day, but when they had a cancellation, they called and were able to come out much earlier.

Butch was our technician, and he was fantastic. He quickly figured out the problem and got everything taken care of. He was friendly, professional, and made a stressful situation so much easier.

We really appreciated how quickly Service Edge responded and that they made an effort to get someone to us as soon as they could, especially on a holiday weekend. I would absolutely recommend them and will definitely use them again!

We had our blower go out on our hvac so I called around 2 pm and they had a tech here by 3:45. Great service and fast too. Butch was our tech and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue almost immediately and also verified by other means of troubleshooting just to be 100% sure. Needless to say, our blower is running right now but for a 26 year old hvac unit we probably should replace it or will continue to shave the same issues. Thanks again!

I had an excellent experience with Service Edge Heating and Air and would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service or repairs. From the moment I reached out, the communication was clear, professional, and timely. Scheduling was easy, and they were able to get someone out quickly, which I really appreciated given the issue we were having with our HVAC system.

The technician who came out, Butch, truly went above and beyond in every way. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to thoroughly inspect our unit to figure out exactly what was going on. Instead of rushing through the job, he made sure to explain the issue in a way we could understand and walked us through what needed to be done to fix it. You could tell he really takes pride in his work and cares about doing things the right way rather than just a quick fix.

Butch worked efficiently but carefully, and he made sure everything was fully repaired and running properly before he left. He also double-checked the system to ensure there were no other underlying issues, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Our HVAC unit is now working better than it has in a long time.

I contacted Service Edge Heating and Air regarding an issue with my thermostat and HVAC system, and they promptly dispatched two technicians, Josh and Robert. They quickly diagnosed a critical problem with the system and clearly explained the issue along with the recommended solution. After considering my options, I authorized the repair.
