Owen is a 5 star individual, i had a problem with my Mr.Cool system with multiple issues he came out determined one thing was potentially the issue, unfortunately that would have costed me more money but decided to take another look before he left and actually fixed the issue. I really appreciate the extra step he took to confirm the issue instead of just saying “this is the issue and giving me the bill”. He was really friendly and knowledgable, in the future i will request him specifically. Thank you!

They have been wonderful to work with, while mine has been a much bigger issue than we thought. They communicate well and provide great professional service.

Integrity Air absolutely lives up to their name. I was referred to them by a friend when I was looking for a second opinion. Not only had my former service provider lied to me about needing a repair to my system, they upped the ante by telling me I should buy a new furnace due to the part cost. Integrity righted the other company's wrongs and we have had no issues since. I highly recommend them - personable, professional, on time, and honest.
