I've been to Al Simmons on numerous occasions, and l don't have a bad word to say about them. I've bought several handguns and a couple long guns from them, as well as ammo and other supplies. I have always had a good experience with them and the staff. Even when I'm just looking, they are always willing to answer all my questions without being pushy. They have a great selection as well. I highly recommend Al Simmons.

I have never had such poor customer sevice. You have to continue to call them to check on your order. They tell you they are going to do something and they never follow through. Then then want to argue with you about things THEY are suppose to do as a business. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company who credited the amount. You send them an email and they reply with an incomplete answer. Go somewhere else to make your purchase. There are plenty of gun dealer who appreciate your business.

The salesman would not even let me handle any pistol so I could check weight and fit. He ridiculed me for not having my restricted PAL in my pocket. I am 53 years old no record and sent in my completed application 2) weeks ago. I will be spending around $2500.00 on two hand guns and supplies after I recieve my PAL. I have already found another supplier who welcomed me with open arms. I have been handling and decided which pistols I want. Will never even pass through the doors of Al Simmons again. Thanks for nothing.
