This is to update the earlier review of when we were stood up after being told that Lurier (Lori)Belanger, owner of Gutter Express (Calgary), was coming to fix our gutters after standing us up at 6:30 am one morning; after waiting a year to have someone fix our gutters.

The gutters were finally done a couple of months later (2011), just prior to the cold weather setting in; so the work did get done. Now I'm not sure if the urgencey was as a result of my earlier complaint. The quallity we'll see once things start to melt!

I wanted this review to be good as the guy was friendly enough and seemed to have done a good job, until I found the corner of the metal dog fence moved aside to accomodate the workers freedom to move freely, digging into the side of the air conditioner unit. Now I cannnot prove that it was his guys who threw it there damaging the air condiioner, but no one else has been back there.

So overall the work was good, but was this seemingly retaliation for a bad review I gave them when they initially stood us up; or just seemingly negligent behaviour? One hates to write reviews like this especially when the owner seemed sincere, but one never knows what is really in ones heart of hearts when they've been complained against.
