Gerry and assistant assessed the problem with the troughing, fully explained the problem, offered a solution and gave me a quote. They were able to do the work promptly. I am a fully satisfied, repeat customer.

After reviewing both previous reviews, i too was a little skeptical about wether or not to hire "Gerry's Eavestroughing", yet after meeting the owner, I felt comfortable with my choice and selection. Upon arriving to the job site, both he and the young lad tackeled my house and there assignment with one task in mind, which was to fix my problem. upon doing so, they were very helpful, explaining all that was to be done, and asked my personal opinion before any decisions were made. They too, explained and informed me thoroughly about all that was being done. I've had many different contractors work on my house, and I must say I've yet to have any crew satisfy me on a level where I felt so comfortable. Gerry's Eavestroughing has my approval, and i surely recommend them to anyone looking to have eavestroughing installed.

I just got my eaves replaced by Gerry's Eavestroughing, and I would state unequivocally that they were MAGNIFICIENT. The crew was extremely courteous, neat, and efficient. I too was hesitant in retaining Gerry's given the previous negative comment, but I verified Gerry's track record with the Ottawa's Better Business Bureau. They awarded Gerry's Eavestroughing with an "A" out of a possible A+ to F range. I wanted to give Gerry's a chance to prove their other client wrong, and they did so with their service, product, trustworthiness, and professionalism. I have NO hesistations in recommending Gerry's Eavestroughing to any homeowners.

We've had a very difficult time dealing with Gerry's Seamless Troughing, starting with poor quality work where the eavestroughs actually slant towards the entry of the house ending at a non-seamless corner, creating ice, leaking and subsequently ice forming in front of the door. We have a ramp for wheelchair use, and nurses visiting about 5 times a week, making the leaky troughs and subsequent ice patches a danger for everyone.
We have called and called and can never reach anybody live, having to leaves messages. Gerry's did send somebody once who claimed that it was not their problem. When we took photos to show the ice forming and leaking and tried to follow up, we never received a reply. Overall extremely poor quality work and customer service, especially given our medical situation which they are aware of.
