The team at the San Carlos branch are excellent and quick to handle all of my banking needs. The location is perfect for me and frankly if I had to go to Burlingame or Redwood City, I would probably move my money to a different bank.

The ATM is always a broken. This is really really a problem at this machine and seems the employees inside never realize the ATM is working correctly.

I don't know how to put this but my fiance need help he deposit a check at this bank in California about 2 years ago and he made cash deposit into the account and the bank still want let him get money out the account I don't live their but my fiance do so if anybody out their can help him please it's been like two years and still he can't draw money out the account this a serious red flag need help plus he been suffering for over 2 years I try my best but it's hard to pay two mortgage so please help in God's name as I pray

worst bank ever, big warning, if you deposit money at the bank, it’s going to be very difficult to withdraw it as there is way too much paperwork, people are not at the bank to handle it and Will make you jump through every hoop to get your money. So far, I don’t have my money yet, and I spent at least five hours, Including going to the . Worse yet if you initiate an online transfer, they can cancel it. That is my experience, They play every game in the book and these people play dirty. It’s not the bank will allow you to sleep at night and if you do bank with them expect to spend a lot of extra time getting things done. I don’t mean a little extra time, I mean a lot of extra time than you normally would with your more reputable bank.

Horrible experience. I've had an account here for a while. One day, while trying to use my card it didn't work. The next day I call them and they tell me that my account had been closed. They didn't know why or tell me why it had been closed. They did not send me any letter, didn't bother calling me or emailing me. And my money? where is it? I don't know. Disappeared. Oh, and the best thing is trying to get in contact with someone. No one answers, even in the morning, and their headquarter offices close at 2pm. So you have to leave a voicemail. But then nobody ever calls you back, ever. Next time I'll double check who I'm leaving my money with, not these criminals!
