Hello, this review is addressed to the owners of the daycare. The childcare itself is good, and the teachers do their best with the resources they have. However, the daycare facilities are not adequate. There's a clear lack of interest from management, who don't dedicate the time or resources to improving the daycare, from the completely neglected play area to the building's facade. We can also say that the customer service from management is very poor; they never answer the phone.

Very laid-back atmosphere. 1 block away from my house. The ladies take care of the kids without being too extra like some other daycares.

This place is terrible. They don't take good care of the children. My daughter is kept sitting in a chair and they don't change her diaper every day. She comes home with a dirty diaper, and it's clear she's been like that for hours. She also has a bruise on her face that she didn't have when I dropped her off in the morning. I don't recommend it. Look for another place that will take better care of your children.
