Absolutely terrible place. Nick Samac is extremely unprofessional and forgets if you even have an appointment. Shows up late and makes you wait outside the office. His staff are a complete joke. Extremely rude. This guy should not be running a business.

I usually never write reviews but I had to share my experiences at the hair doctor, the building is old, dirty and smells like urine, and the actual office is small with only one room for laser hair removal. I had bought a coupon to receive one year of unlimited laser hair removal and it was a waste of money. I never saw any difference in the areas I did, the laser technicians were and the owner were always extremely rude and impatient. After getting a refund I waited three months and it had not been refunded to me I had to call my credit card company and get them to contact him in order to get my money back. I know currently go to another laser hair removal place with better service and extremely better results.
