I have been a longtime customer of this company but will likely deal elsewhere in the future. Had an appointment with them, they did not even mention their location had changed. They constantly fail to follow up on any of my requests. The staff even agree that the company has no heart. They claim to be a company that is 40 years old but their location looks like crap with a front desk computer that has been broken for years. I would advise anyone looking for a hairpiece to shop elsewhere
