We had a great experience working with America’s Best House Plans for our pool cabana plans. Communication was excellent from start to finish - they responded quickly to every question, and it was easy to get someone on the phone when we needed to talk things through. We also appreciated that all the plans are fully adjustable, which let us tailor the cabana to fit our space exactly. Highly recommend if you're looking for a responsive team and flexible design options!

So far, not that impressed.
We bought a complete set of plans, and they missed providing us the page that included important structural details. Of course we didn't realize it was missing until months after buying the plans. We eventually got the missing page, but much time was wasted.

The plans included very basic and minimal information to build.
In the end, it would have been less expensive, less trouble, and less time consuming to have a local architect draw up the plans we wanted, which would have shown literally everything on the plans that the local building departments require for permitting purposes.

Additionally, we also bought their "cost to build" report. Their pricing must be from the 1980's because our "no frills" construction costs were actually A LOT higher than what their cost to build report said....for just labor and materials only.

I had an excellent experience working with Martha at American Best House Plans. She was patient, professional, and truly took the time to help me throughout the process of purchasing my house plan.

Before making such an important investment, I wanted to understand the dimensions of several key areas of the home. Martha listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and provided the information I needed so I could make my decision with confidence. Her outstanding customer service and willingness to help made all the difference.

Thank you, Martha, for your kindness, professionalism, and excellent support. I truly appreciate everything you did, and I highly recommend working with her to anyone looking for the right house plan.

We found a beautiful floorplan to build our first custom home and everyone on the team is awesome to work with! They even collaborated with us on social media posts showing off our work.
Super excited to get moving on our next plan we choose from Americas Best!

Great company to do business with. Not only do they have a huge selection of house plans available, but the customer service they provide both before and after the purchase is truly a Gold Standard. Inquiries are answered quickly and thoroughly. Plans are thorough and complete and even allow for easy change or modification. A wonderful experience thanks to Emily, Laura, and Abby.
