The drinks are great but the music being so loud that no one can hear anything or even get an order right is incredibly frustrating at 7am.
We had to repeat literally everything we said through the whole line. Genuinely ridiculous and the music IS the problem. The cashiers are sweet and attentive but they cant hear us.

The employee’s at this location purposely hold up the line. My drinks were finished and instead of handing them to me I saw how the employee continued cleaning and waited about 5 min to hand me the drinks that were already finished. This was around 9:40pm (not sure if the date) and this happens every single time I come. They need to either close at 11pm so the employee are not avoiding customers or change employees because the main focus in these employees minds is to go home already. Don’t get me wrong most of these employees treat you nice and they are great as customer service but they want to close the store so bad and go home.

Darren and Aubrey made my night. No words can express the amazing compassion of these young adults. I have been going through a hard time and their kindness helped me fight another day. My hubby came and got me a golden eagle coffee.... there was maybe 6 pieces of ice in my coffee and it taste like milk. This is not ok when you are spending $$ on coffee. This is why I only ever go to the one on Montana they make their drinks correctly. Will be contacting corporate and expect a refund or my drink re made

This is my favorite Dutch location! Wonderful atmosphere, every staff member always has a great attitude and service , always very respectful and polite even when they are busy. My son was having a bad day and they offered him a free drink to cheer him up , they encouraged him and also gave him a sticker it really made him smile 😊 I really love coming here , they already know my order lol Definitely recommend this over starbucks !
