Just wanted to share a rave about QA Group, and Hayley in particular. She knocked herself out to fulfill a last minute request from us to reupholster some old chairs. She did everything humanly possible to fulfill our request and now we have two brand new-looking beautiful chairs. Great work everyone, especially Hayley!

We all know as Hospitality Designers/Developers there are projects. Some of the projects that come along the way we discover may take extra attention and time. As a consultant we may consider or designate these as "Special Project's". The Town & Country RV Resort located in Mount Vennon, WA was one of those unique "Special Projects". We at RDS needed a true and tested partner to collaborate with for helping RDS with the furniture package. Phenomenal work!!!
QA Group made us custom chairs to match our current ones for our restaurant. They are perfect! The quality is great but most of all their customer service is wonderful (and I work in hospitality). we have used QA group many time and will continue to use them as our one and only source for upholstery.
