I had an accident and both of my front teeth ended up with big chips in them. I called Midwest Dental and they said they had no openings available until early next month. After I told them about my broken teeth, they said she could try and squeeze me in — and she did. I am very thankful for it.

I love Dr. Lee- she is great. However she is currently out on maternity leave and they have a fill doctor. I wasn't aware until I was in the chair for my appointment that she was out and I would need to set someone different. I would have preferred to reschedule than to see someone else. I felt very dismissed by this dentist and he seemed to ignore my concerns, and didn't explain the additional work i needed done until I asked him what that meant. Then I asked to get a night guard, the staff couldn't tell me pricing because it depends on the dentist. So now I need to wait until my next appointment, and remember to ask about it, and see what that dentist will charge, and then make an appointment to see Dr. Lee when she returns because I will not get one through the dentist I saw today. If this was my first experience, I wouldn't return.

Easy check-in. Check in staff friendly. Hygienist was friendly, thorough cleaning. Dentist was thorough as well. Overall very good experience.

Great staff.
I always feel welcome, they are super nice.
They are always willing to take the time out of their day to show you how to follow proper dental hygiene.

As a new patient, I wouldn’t have asked for a better experience Dr. Lee in the entire staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. My concerns were taken seriously and everything was explained clearly. I never felt rushed or nervous. The office is clean modern well organized. I’m really glad I chose this. Office and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Dr. Lee.
