Really good! He sold our condo for more than $8000.00 over asking price, and we had great follow up. He always did what he said he would do, and he has integrity and energy. Wes always communicated completely and well and seemed to never forget or miss a detail. He would always tell us the truth; he is honest, and he would tell us what we needed, so we could plan on what to expect! We are very happy and satisfied, and we will definitely recommend him to others. Any time we need a real estate professional, Wes will be always be our first choice!

I feel like I know Scott Garrison well by now, and you can feel good if you are thinking about hiring Scott Garrison as your Realtor to either buy or sell a Central Florida home! He loves what he does, he is interesting to be with, and is way interested in Real Estate, and lots and lots of other things as well. He is not going to put you off to an Assistant or staff- you always get the real him. There is a lot of people he is probably helping at any one time, though he can make you feel like you are him most important client! There is probably nothing I can not ask him about that he either does not already know or could not find out easily. He helped my friends and family with Real Estate questions. Seems like most people would want a Realtor who is not too pushy but always keeps going forward to get good things accomplished for you. When buying, problems come up you can expect that, and he handles them one at a time. He is the most detailed and organized person I have ever met; he even remembers the birthdays of my Family members! He is learning to speak Spanish too!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Realtors Scott & Wes Garrison in finding our first home. From the very beginning they have been very attentive and consistent in his commitment to finding us a home. When we finally found a home that we could not walk away from he showed his expertise in negotiating a very difficult deal and in the end it all paid off. We ended up getting a new roof along with thousands of dollars of other repairs completed prior to moving in. We never had to worry because he was always willing to assist and explain every step of the way. If you like to work with professionals who give you non stop energy and compassion and surrounds himself with a team that is always on the same page please do yourself a favor and contact Wes & Scott! Home buying is stressful enough in itself but working with them I can honestly say the process could not have gone smoother and the commitment they have to their craft is unmatched.

I have worked with him several times over many years- he called me to remind me the other day to remind me of our Wedding Anniversary the day BEFORE so I would not forget …thanks!... and asked me to write him a review here. I bought my home with Scott Garrison a long time ago and used him then, then later to sell it and he worked with several of my friends and then later their family too. It is nice to be able to refer a Realtor who will continue to reflect well on me. He has been keeping in touch with me for as long as I can remember. I still own a Rental Property he helped me buy here in East Orlando in Eastbrook Winter Park, and when I sell down the road that I am sure he will still be here to sell it then. I would highly recommend Scott garrison for buyers or sellers. he is very thorough and knowledgeable. since I was an out of town owner I relied on Scott to handle tasks like getting bids from roofers to replace the old roof before listing , hiring a handyman, housekeeper and landscaper for a reasonable price. Scott saved me a lot of time and aggravation… he also gave me excellent advise on the sale of the house and which bids to consider. Scott went above and beyond what I had expected of any realtor. Thank you Scott, you made the process very easy for me!
