I stopped at this TA to purchase diesel, but the pump’s screen was malfunctioning, so I couldn’t enter my Mudflap code. I went inside and patiently waited for the employee, Laurisa, to finish helping another customer. When it was my turn, she immediately asked if I was there for fuel and told me I would have to wait six minutes.

I politely asked why and explained that the pump outside wasn’t working and that I simply needed her to enter my Mudflap code so I could fuel. Instead of helping or offering any solution, she responded, “I don’t care, you still need to wait six minutes, we’re doing a shift change.” She then continued counting money while ignoring me. I told her well I’ll go buy 270 gallons of fuel elsewhere. Thanks. And walked away.

This wasn’t about waiting six minutes. It was the complete lack of professionalism and customer service. A simple 10 second transaction could have been handled immediately or differently, especially since the issue was caused by the malfunctioning pump. Being told “I don’t care” by an employee is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on TA Travel Center.

I hope management reviews this incident and provides additional coaching on customer service expectations. Professionalism, courtesy, and a willingness to help customers should not disappear because a shift change is taking place.

As a professional driver, I stop at TA locations frequently, and this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. A simple issue could have been resolved in seconds, but her very poor attitude and unwillingness to help turned it into a frustrating experience.

I'm buying merchandise in store going to check out there credit 💳 card reader not working properly or is scam reader woman in All kinds of tattoos at Cash register running my credit 💳 card 3 times I'm telling her you can't do that because credit card company will cancel my credit 💳 card they will flagged because you can run same transaction 3 times and like I said credit card company cancelled All transactions and declined the card and froze my card then they asked me do you have another 💳 credit card I sed yes she runs this one 3 times again another credit 💳 company frizz my account because this same transaction now Shi asking me for debit card If I can runs that one now I getting suspicious that they running some scammers here stilling credit 💳 card information I told her no I don't want to run another credit 💳 card here or debit cards then manager small not plasent women cam to give me attitude if you don't want to pay then I got another customers waiting in line go away this is how they treat customers here stilling credit 💳 card information ant talking with the customer no respect now I have to call credit card company to unblock my credit cards for future purchases because people at Cash register don't know what they do. Police department need to investigate this place for credit card information steeling. Bunch of people need to be examine and fired. Don't come here if you don't want to by scamed. People who work here looking like they been in prison many times before.
I'm never going to return to this TA again.

Many pumps are closed, you can not enter the parking facility without paying. They have plenty of parking though. If you spend $25 at their restaurant you will get free parking

Came in here today to get my shower & get ready for my week long vacation. I got a week off work & excited to be in FL. I'm headed to Davenport & stopped here at this TA witch is located right off 75.

Finally stopping in a car and not my semi truck. Being off from work makes you feel different. It's much needed and therapeutic.

I love this location as it's located right off 75 & easy to get into and out of. This place is very clean and well lit inside and outside.

I got my shower and few other things and onto Davenport.

Very nice place to stop by if you're in the area.

This place isn't the biggest and doesn't have a lot of parking, but you got to get in where you fit in.

This place was clean & well lit and has all the snacks, drinks, coffee you need.
