Dr Foutz has always been so approachable. His gentle openness allows me to feel very comfortable in talking about my reasons for the visit. He is a patient listener and then discusses thoughts and options. I never feel patronized or chastised as I have with other doctors. He's straight forward. He has integrity and I can trust him. That's important to me.

This was my best experience going to establish a PCP I’ve ever had from start to finish. Megan is kind and actually listened and I got great feedback as well during my appointment. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Great job y’all!!!

Avoid this clinic. This practice has a policy requiring an in-office visit before setting up a wellness visit. Wellness visits are covered by most insurance whereas office visits are not.

I went to the office to establish care to be able to do an annual wellness visit. During my first visit, I waited over 50 minutes to see the provider. After waiting, I spent approximately five minutes with the provider where they took my history. This visit to establish care cost $200 and was denied by my insurance company, since it did not count as preventative care. Note that this visit was required by the office before I could go in for a wellness exam.

The front office did not return my phone calls after promising to do so on two occasions. Over three phone calls I've received inadequate explanations about why the first visit was required, why it was billed the way it was, and why I had to wait 50 minutes to see the provider.

Avoid if possible. Find a clinic that follows clear and ethical visit/billing practices.

I came here seven years ago and found that most doctors don’t care to listen. They put you in a box thinking they know you better than you do. Not this one. He listened, he cared about my best treatment, medications and direction to take my health. I was floored how much time he gave to my problems! Dr Faust is like the doctors of the past. One that actually cares about his patients! His staff is equally attentive and pleasant. I feel like I really lucked out being recommended to this office. It an awesome office of caring individuals who make sure they meet your needs. I highly recommend advanced family medicine!

Dr. Foutz is great! No issues at all. It's been 30+ years since I've had a Family Dr. so it was no doubt time at 66 years old. He definitely cares & treats you like a person and not a #. That's exactly what I was looking for. He's had me take a couple of blood tests to make sure and or see if there was anything I needed to be aware of that neither of us may have noticed by just a general sight and see visit. -- I found I needed to work on lowering my Cholesterol, it wasn't dangerously high thank goodness so we should be able to get it under control through diet. -- I like he didn't try to force any medication; instead he felt diet would do it if I do my part.

I look forward to my next visit!
