Anna Ruff MD, Resident amazing obyn had my first c section and there were some complications but i knew me and my daughter were in best of hands through the process. Thank you so much for caring about us through my pregnancy and not just as doctor I appreciate everything you did to make sure me and my daughter were safe made it out as family. Definitely recommend her as obyn good above and beyond for her patients and that is rare now in days in the medical field.

NP Tiffany Garcia is how medical people should treat their patients great bed side manor. She listened and looked at your concerns with care and provided great options. I will recommend her to others.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Tiffany Garcia. She truly listened to all of my concerns and explained everything in a way that was very easy to understand. I had a wonderful experience at Southern Colorado Family Medicine today for my ultrasound. Isabelle De Castro, MD Resident, was absolutely great. She was professional, kind, and she made the whole experience feel fun and comfortable at the same time. She took the time to explain things clearly and created such a positive atmosphere during the appointment.

The entire team at SCFM was also fantastic. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and supportive from start to finish. Truly such a great experience, and I’m very grateful for the care I received!

I want to start by saying that I absolutely love my doctor. Dr.Robinson and the care I receive. I have truly never had better care, and I appreciate that very much. She is a blessing.

However, the way my husband was treated today was not okay. He is not feeling well and called several hours ahead of his appointment to reschedule. We were told it would still count as a no-call, no-show simply because it was within 24 hours and argued with us about an appointment way back in February he had supposedly had but my husband wasnt even here in February. He lived in Arkansas. I do not feel that is fair at all and was some sort of mix up with me. I had an Appointment that rescheduled in February yes not him.

Emergencies and unexpected situations happen. Calling ahead, even on the same day, is still making an effort to be responsible and respectful. His appointment was not until almost 3:00 PM, and the call was made around 9:00 AM. That is not the same as simply not showing up or not calling at all.

I had been trying for two years to get my husband to go to the doctor. He finally agreed because he liked Dr. Robinson and believed he might also be able to receive good care there. After the way this was handled, he does not want to come back at all.

This situation has honestly made me reconsider the office entirely. I should not have to worry about losing my doctor or being penalized because of an emergency or unavoidable issue. That kind of policy creates anxiety instead of support, and it feels very unfair.

I wanted to share this because I do value the care I have received, but this experience was upsetting and disappointing. Thank you.
