I have been using ProCrest for 7 years. I am happy with their service and their staff. I have had nothing but great service from them. The printing on one order of mugs was not 100% four years ago. Not only did they replace it, they flew the replacment products to meet our event date.
I highly recommend them.

I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. It took at least over a month for my order and when I called about it, the workers were extremely rude. They also over charge for EVERYTHING; and tack on charges that were not originally discussed. When I brought this concern up to the owner he basically said he didn't care and that was that. I will NEVER go back there, and I will make sure to tell all my associates and business friends to stay away from ProCrest! Completely unprofessional in every aspect.
