This store loves when you buy things from them. But and it's a big but. Try to return a product and they treat you like a common criminal making you feel awful. In this day and age they should know there competition bends over backwards for there customers. This store is living in the 70s with there policies. .... be very careful with what you buy there or just stay away.........

Very disappointed with their service. Tried return product that was unopened and clearly had their stickers on it. I purchased the item a couple weeks ago. Unfortunatly I cannot find the receipt.

The manager Jason accused me of not purchasing them at that store. Said the cashier may not have rung one through. I even said I knew not having the receipt is my fault and willing to take a loss and recieved store credit for the last sale price. Jason was unwilling to budge.

Refusing to return the items. Very unprofessional. Don't have these issues at Home Depot.

The product was only about 36 dollars.
