You know I haven't had a issue until today when I went in to pickup patio stones. Yes I was driving a five ton truck and I was parked in the yard waiting patiently but three people went ahead of me, that's when I got a little upset and yelled at the yard guy what's gives and he told me to calm down and would get to me later. Someone should of came over to see what I needed and not guess I was dropping something off. I was told by the friendly guy that there was some nasty people in lately but your yard person needs to do better.

Found most of what I needed. No hardwood plywood available though. Got hobby maple (1×6×8) at a good price. Same piece of wood at the orange store was $30 more.

I am very happy with the products and service at this location. There are lots of great people working here, but there is one elderly lady working at the cash who has a problem with me. A few times, she was even mocking me and imitating me. I have no idea why—this is a big question mark for me. On my next visit, I will find out her name because I would like to be clear.

Made a small lumber purchase today. Kind and knowledgeable service at the order desk as always. When loading my truck in the yard both young men made a point of protecting my truck from scratches with great recommendations. Pros.

It is always a great experience at the RONA in Arnprior! The service is exceptional. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful. For a small-town store, they carry an impressive selection, making it easy to find what you need without heading into the city. Highly recommend!

I usually shop at Rona and have had good experiences, but this was my first time at the Arnprior location, and the customer service was really disappointing. I didn’t expect that in a small town – I thought people would be friendly. Instead, I felt ignored, like they were doing me a favor just by talking to me.

I only asked about a $5 price match, and they laughed at me as if I was trying to steal something. I regretted even asking. Overall, it left a bad impression. Next time I’ll just drive a couple more kilometers to Canadian Tire – better service and more discounts. I won’t be coming back to this Rona.
