Manager was rude to my Mother and sister when they tried to purchase driveway salt (on the evening of January 10, 2026) Will never shop here. My advice go to any Home Depot!

A man came in wanting to buy a couple of bags for salt because he had a long driveway. lady was not only rude and disrespectful, she was saying some disgusting comments behind his back when he left. calling him “selfish” which is so wrong in many ways.. how do you know the length of someone’s driveway and you want to limit people? not his fault you
guys can’t keep up with stock and didn’t order enough. and the guy wasn’t even being disrespectful he was just trying to explain why he needed a couple more bags.

Fantastic customer service here. Everyone is always searching for people to help. I've never had to ask once for assistance before being approached. The young staff here are very polite and knowledgeable. Managers are friendly and do whatever they can for you. Also, even though the store is small, I've always found what I'm looking for. Stock is managed very well. Always enjoy shopping here.

Wasted my time in the lineup at cash with a return, just to be told I have to go to customer service first...which isn't at the front enterence, than go back to cash. Aside from that as a contractor they don't want to give you any discounts. The only positive is the staff are great and generally very helpful...to bad I have to go to Home Depot for everyday value, although they have worthy sales from time to time
