I was looking for pulls for furniture I was making hoping to match with existing furniture hardware but was unable to find anything even close on the usual websites. Although it was a bit of a drive, I checked out W&W and found something quite similar to what I had and at a very reasonable price. I was much impressed by their massive selection of cabinet and craft related items and would highly recommend this store.

Found the exact handle I was looking for even that my dresser was over 30 years old, so I didn't have to replace all of my handles. I will be back again and recommend to everyone looking to match handles for anything to look here.

We are staying with my in-laws while we renovate and one of my kids stood on a drawer pull in my in-law's kitchen and bent it. My MIL said she got it from W&W so I took it in to buy a replacement. The woman at the desk took one look and said, "Never would we carry something like this, it's hollow." When I asked for something similar to see if I could match it up, she reluctantly measured it for me and then took me over to the display where the measurements were out by 1/4". She said, "Looks like someone is going to wind up having two knobs! Honestly, if you have these they are ALL going to break. You can go to Ikea." I then asked where the polished nickel knobs were, since we're redoing our kitchen too and she took me to the brushed nickel. When I asked for polished nickel again, she seemed offended and said, "I don't think you know what you're talking about. Do you mean Chrome?" I don't really feel like asking for polished nickel cabinetry hardware at a cabinetry hardware store is totally crazy, but she sure made me feel like it was. I'd rather pay full price than ever go back to this place.

great for many odds and ends, if you for example like the "Lee Valley Hardware Catalog" (http://www.leevalley.com/en/home/OnlineCatalogs.aspx), but aren't made of money you will absolutely love this place, heck if you are made of money you will still like being able to hold the pieces, wander around and being able to borrow hardware to see what works best in your home/office/place.
Many other great odds and ends as well. If you are into DIY, home decor or crafting you will likely love this place. Worth taking a look. I live in Fergus but love making trips out to see this shop.

I used your store to find cabinet hardware years ago when I lived in Kitchener and now I'm in need for more hardware so driving down from London on Sat. the 5th. It was an awesome place with awesome staff.

Amazing people who really know their stuff. Wonderful deals and friendly in a way that reminds you of how business is supposed to be run! Would and have recommended them to friends and strangers alike. Great place to shop!

Don't waste your money and time- no doubt make up teacher is good.staff is good but the owner is totally lost person,,greedy for money and that's all. they support racism and discrimination-make all expired and garbage.third class ,low quality brushes. don't care about hygiene - owner ,committed for too many things but hardly do something- laundry room is in wash room. they use same towel to clean the water from floor when there is flood after rain in basement ,on clients- they have no moral values. all are liars,,,,
