The worst RONA. Services is disgusting. I honestly hope they hire better folks to serve people.

Needed some special lambs and bulbs for my kitchen and bathroom that I could not find on Amazon or Walmart, but I came here and asked the person and he immediately found it. Thanks a lot! It was an easy process and quick and very friendly service.

Terrible service don't have stock of simple things ( drywall compound), only one cash open on a Sunday meaning you wait 15 mins just to pay

Bought item online, gets refunded without explanation. When I call they say item not in stock. It was the night before when I placed to order. Maybe online orders should be prioritized or don't offer the online service at all. Go shop somewhere else

Nice hardware store with all the basics. The staff is knowledgeable, sympathetic and helpful (plentiful as well, which is infrequent nowadays). I go there a few times a month when I'm missing tools or material for a worksite, and when it's inconvenient to go farther away to a larger store. They are somewhat like a convenience store. The only caveat being that, as for a convenience store, items are somewhat pricier.

They have all the supplies I was looking for. Even when I didn't found in other RONA.
