If I could give fewer stars I would. This was the best daycare in Reno, until Kindercare took over. The previous director and original staff prior to Kindercare were absolutely amazing. They treated every child like their own and truly instilled great values in all of the children. The amount of love and nurturing they gave each child was truly a miracle. Once Kindercare purchased the property, everything went downhill, especially under the current regional director. The lack of empathy for the individuals involved was heartbreaking. The false promises and the lack of genuine care for the children, staff and families affected by the change was laughable, but extremely disappointing and heart wrenching. I would NOT recommend Damonte Ranch Kindercare to anyone.
