I am deeply disappointed with the level of care we've received at this office. Initially, we were so impressed with Dr. Labron. We thought she was attentive and knowledgeable during our first few consultations! However, our experience took a sharp turn, leaving us feeling ignored and misled.

First and foremost, Dr. Labron committed to reviewing my daughter's MRI images and providing feedback. Weeks turned into months, and we never heard back.

Secondly, we were informed that Dr. Labron had referred us to a Genetics Specialist , and we were told to expect a call within a few weeks. After months of waiting anxiously, I decided to call the office myself, only to discover that there was no record of this referral. This oversight has set us back significantly in our journey to find answers for my daughter's medical issues.

To add to our frustration, I specifically requested a transfer to a female doctor, as Dr.Lebron was leaving this facility and my daughter feels more comfortable with female physicians. Despite this clear request, we were transferred to a male doctor, completely disregarding our preferences and needs. Now, we are forced to wait for yet another transfer and starting the process all over again. This is unacceptable, as we were under the impression that we were finally moving forward in diagnosing and treating my child's condition. The lack of attention to detail and the disregard for our requests have left us feeling helpless and frustrated. We had hoped to be one step closer to understanding the root of my child's medical issue, but instead, we're back where we started
