(1). Can not use store card from Reno Dept
(2). Price is higher, does not offer price match
(3). Price tag on the shelves are not correct
(4). When the cashier needs to do refund, they become very impatient and rude and throw things on the counter, also telling me I don’t know how to do refund, this is never happen before. (They are retail store).

I would give them more stars, but here's the story.
I brought in a piece of wood to be cut from 15"long * 2.5" wide x 0.5" think, down to 15" long x 2.2" wide x 0.5" thick (one simple cut on a table saw). Figured $5 or max 10$ for the cut.
But they do not cut wood that you do not buy at the store. I understand cause you never know what's in the wood. But this was a clear piece of jointed pine...nothing hidden, soft wood.
Anyways I had to buy a 30$ piece of wood to get the small piece I needed (dog chewed up part of my son's door frame).
Total cost 34$....ouch.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The gentleman that cut the wood only charged for 1 cut and not 2...very nice of him since cuts are 4$ a pop.
This is a great local hardware store.
I will go back and i can still recommend this place, but today...wasn't a great visit.
Part of the problem, what contractor uses 2.2 wide door frames, can't find these things anywhere!

I visit the store on a regular basis, very nice people, good customer service, there is always someone to help you out or answer your questions if needed. Some of their services are on the expensive side, like cutting a melamine board to your custom size. But they will do a lot to make you happy, recently I was buying paint and they didn't have enough the kind I wanted, so the person without even asking offered that they would give me a higher end paint for the same price of what I originally wanted to make up for the inconvenience. Happy customer here :-)
