The guy who helped me his name was Johnny and after talking with him I was skeptical he seemed very jittery and was shaking like he was on drugs or something and when I would ask him questions he just seemed to try to avoid what I was talking about because he was in a hurry and just wanted to get me in and out asap. He even am said he was the manager of a different location which is very hard to believe. He asked me if I would like my return direct deposit or on the serve card and I asked when my tax return would be available and he said I could immediately use the card they would be available that day because it was a preloaded card which was a lie. That's the only reason I went to Jackson hewitt was because I needed money fast and still haven't received anything yet.....edit: so I had someone reply to me and gave me a number for CC customer service to contact and was told to tell them I had left a Google review and wasn't happy with how it went so I called them and they basically told me I should have already received my tax return it should already be in my card and the IRS had already processed it and sent it but they didn't my card still has zero balance and this is two weeks after they told me it was available and when I told them I was informed to contact them about my Google review the lady started telling me how to leave a Google review lol. I don't need you to tell me how to leave a Google review I leave reviews all the time I'm letting you know I did leave a review and contacted you like I was told and now your telling me you have no clue what to do and lies to me about my tax refund being available even though it isn't???? This is the last time I come to this place very unprofessional to say the least and please heed my advice find somewhere else don't waste your time here

I didn’t realize this till the next day so I’m leaving a 1 star because we basically got screwed over. I should’ve asked more questions but I didn’t know. Now I do.but always ask questions and make sure you know your true amount of your refund otherwise they will take more than half of yours and put it in their pocket.

The only reason I'm even leaving 2 stars is because theman that helped me was great his name was David couldn't be more kind and helpfull but I got there had an appointment for 11 am first time I got there there was a crazy lady who helped me who I didn't realize was a employee that was fired the day prior and may have took some info of mine I'm not sure then I waited around for 2 hours and david helped me he deserves a raise so came in and was approved for full 1500 for holiday loan then I get a email saying I only get 300 not what we agreed on was on my paperwork for 1500 all in all it took like 5 and a half hours mr david was the only redeeming quality I really appreciate him
