They made filing my complicated taxes pretty easy. However, I received two very different prices from two different agents, and it felt like they kind of made up the price...or maybe they just presented it in a way that was not very scientific or itemized. I also got the narrative from one of the agents that the reason my taxes would cost $900 was because it was the last day of filing. Yet when I mentioned that to a different agent on the phone, they did not know what I was talking about. So I don't really trust them. I'll just file them myself next year.

First time filing our taxes with J H tax service. Shari was our tax preparer and she was awesome!!!!! Efficient, very knowledgeable, easy file, and friendly service. Will be returning to Shari next year. Highly recommend.

Not only did she solve my problem quickly, but also made the entire interaction feel personal and easy. We had a great rapport, and her communication skills are top-notch. I made an appointment to be there at like 230 and even though I was early and Shari probably still had time on her lunch break she still unlocked the door and welcomed me in earlier than I was scheduled! She was very welcoming and knowledgeable! I'm going to try and make my next appointment with her as well!
