Linda is amazing, however did not like how the other 2 people treated customers. Talking down about customers out in the open and not willing to help this poor lady with any tax write offs. I got lucky in having Linda but it’s just sad some people have no money and the IRS already wants an arm an leg. The least you can do is be compassionate and help someone out. Not just throw a payment plan at them, but advise them on how to get tax write offs and game plan to save money.

Linda W. was so helpful, and she's been helping us for several years. Always a pleasure when she's there. Good conversation and she knows what she's doing. Thanks Linda!!

My first experience with Jackson Hewitt here in Florida will absolutely be my last.

From the very beginning, the process was disorganized. I received a call informing me that my online-scheduled appointment had been overbooked due to issues with their system not communicating properly. That’s frustrating enough on its own - but certainly not something that should fall on the customer.

I was then told to come in at 11:00 AM. I arrived as instructed, only to still be waiting at 1:00 PM without being seen. There was only one employee working, and I was told that two staff members had quit and had not been replaced. While I sympathize with the employee, staffing shortages are not the customer’s responsibility to absorb.

Unfortunately, I had another appointment scheduled and had no choice but to leave without being helped. I then had to make a second trip back later just to complete my taxes, which was extremely inconvenient and avoidable.

To make matters worse, management was working remotely during what is clearly one of the busiest times of the year. Strong leadership would have stepped in to support their only on-site employee and ensure customers were taken care of.

Overall, this was a frustrating and poorly managed experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this location and was highly disappointed with the lack of organization, accountability, and customer service.

Linda, was a very knowledgeable person and very thorough doing my taxes. My wife always took care of our taxes every year and when she passed away last year I didn’t quite know how I was going to handle my 2025 taxes.
Linda when through my files that I had and the last two years of taxes and pulled everything together. She explained everything to me and I felt relieved and that my taxes were taken care of and all the latest deductions were taken and i was able to get a return this year and the cost to have my taxes done was unbelievable reasonable. Will definitely use them again and I hope it will be with Linda.
