I had a 12 o'clock appointment and was emailed and texted a minimum of 10 times to remind me of my 12 o'clock appointment. I arrived at 11:37 just in case I needed to fill out some paperwork. I walked and was greeted. I asked if i needed to sign, she said, "no it's just me, you can sign in when you come up". I then noticed that she was the only prepared in the office. There were two people in the waiting area. I sat down and listened closely because i couldn't tell if she was assisting the person on front of her or the person she was speaking on speaker phone at her desk. As I listened, she is having a full conversation with the person on speaker phone and asking the customer his personal information. No privacy at all. We all could hear what he was filling and what he owed. He then said wow can we add office expense, school expense. She seemed as though the two clients in front of me, she knew them or they are regular customers. I was next and I have to say she was sick ans knowledgeable. Before she started with me she turned on the music which helped make sure you had a bit more privacy. I'm now happy I waited. I was done in 20 minutes. Maybe because I had all my necessary paperwork I did not have to speak my information. I'll recommend Y. McNair and this Jackson Hewitt.

Really friendly staff, quick and efficient. They offered us coffee and gave us informed details on how we should go about filing, all the documents we needed for our hsa and fsa filings.
