The best place to take your vehicle both gas and diesel. Our F450 had a check engine light and a DEF issue that was going to throttle speed. We assumed 'money'. They went out of their way to check with Ford and confirmed our issue was now being fixed under a new extended warranty. That saved us at least $1,000.00. We had no clue, their honesty and integrity is the reason we will only get our vehicles serviced here!

I want to let everyone know that our experience with Bumper to Bumper Riverside Auto off of Baseline Rd in Sutton was a very positive and productive venture. I even had a trained mechanics Auto Tech teacher who is a friend of mine judge their work and he said there were " No Red flags" Well done Riverside Auto. If given the opportunity to be the next Catholic School Board Trustee I will encourage students to seek any workplace - co-op - placements with your organization.

Have been a couple times with my car and spent a decent amount of money here, hade good experiences, but unfortunately not today. I’m younger and don’t speak up much but decided to go In with simple questions and was very respectful with an issue that possibly could have started with them, not accusing or trying to point fingers, just trying to figure out how the issue could have happened. unfortunately the gentleman at the desk that “helped” me was very rude and talked to me like I was an idiot, even tho I explained THEY pointed an unrelated issue out months ago with the same part and I wanted to see if it could have been put back incorrectly, he still came off defensive and pointed fingers everywhere else but at the shop that does ALL the work on my car except one time. I understand if you’re not the most friendly, which I was warned about, but talking down to someone like they don’t know how basic car parts and changes work is beyond disrespectful. Being respectful and understanding with your customers is basic customer service, ESPECIALLY when your customer is respectful and nicely asking for help. was made to feel like an idiot and as if I don’t know how it works to change parts on a vehicle I own, instead of explaining nicely that he didn’t know or was unsure about how this could have happened. The other two gentleman are lovely, but I won’t be back again after this.

Experienced an emergency today with a bolt in one of my tires. The tire was rapidly losing air while driving in Sutton. Was able to get it to Riverside Auto Service Bumper to Bumper at 4901 Baseline Rd. Sutton West
Was met by the friendly professional staff at the front desk and we were taken care of by the manager Jason Wennekes right away. The amazing staff quickly took care of the leaking tire and made sure we were comfortable while it was repaired. Highly recommend this auto service shop.

A huge thank you to Jason and his team, I had been shopping for tires and found the best price here.. I purchased tires had them installed, balanced and an alignment done all for cheaper than previous quotes from other garages
I was treated with courtesy and respect, and they never tried to up sell me on anything...
They did everything they said they would with no hassle or BS..
I will definitely be a return customer..
I highly recommend this garage !!
