This store charges HST on its grocery products - a practice that is not permitted in Canada. It's unclear whether they are keeping this revenue or remitting it to the government. In any event, I found that I can purchase exactly the same products at other health food stores without having to pay HST. That's a 13% savings on all food products - so you'd be foolish to shop here!

This is a review of the Healthy Planet online vitamin and supplement store.
They list products available for order, you order and pay, and several days later get a notice that your item(s) are not in stock but if and when they can get more they will sent it to you.
Once they get your money it is impossible to get it back, and you can wait an eternity for a product that is not going to arrive. You will have to seek resolution through paypal or your credit card company.
This is a risky place to shop and you may or may not get your items. I suggest finding a more reliable and conscientious vendor.

I've been a customer for years. Those clowns have no idea what customer service is/should be/used to be. They advertise products they don't have in stock, then they either cancel the order or put it on hold forever. They can also send you less items than ordered, without telling you of course. You can't buy elsewhere since they froze the money from Paypal. My favourite: they email you that one item is in shortage, and 10 minutes later, they ship the command, complete! And they're slow to ship. Not unusual to wait 2 weeks to 1 month for a national shipment. They might send you a tracking number and an email telling you the item has been shipped, or not. Once they got your money, you're on your own. And good luck to get a refund from them. They issue a 'credit memo' which has no merchant value. And they never refund. Ask for a refund and they will email you that darn credit memo again. Email them about it once more and you'll get ignored.

Bought some protein powder thinking they had it but after ordering they told me that there was a shortage, no warning at all. Won't buy again, there a lot of other good web sites much more organized.

some products are cheaper than other stores, but a terrible customer service does not worth at all. you spend a lot of money and frequently to buy supplements for your health, so find place like well.ca to have a better care and trust

This review is for the online store: I ordered some tea from them. They sent me someone else's order by mistake, complete with an invoice that had someone else's name on it. When I contacted them, they told me that they needed proof I had actually received a wrong order, and told me to take photos of the shipment and email it to them. Fine, I did. Then they sent me Canada Post info to ship the product back to them. Fine, I did that too. They refused to re-ship my correct order until they had received back their original package, despite the fact that I had already been charged for it. Even after I sent it back, they still didn't re-ship my order. I emailed them repeatedly, and rarely got any response at all. Then they told me they shipped it, but gave me an invalid Canada Post tracking number that didn't exist. My proper order FINALLY showed up after a week of fighting with them, when I finally threatened to go to the Better Business Bureau. Since my experience, I have read multiple reviews online from other people who had exactly the same experience I did. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer, or dealt with such inept customer service. I will NEVER purchase anything from these yahoos again.

I am looking for protein powder, muscle pharm and supplements online but was not able to find out a renowned online store where I can purchase all these products at reasonable prices. Then, I got to know about Healthy Planet which is one of the leading retailers online who offer affordable price on their products and one can buy products in bulk from this store. I am very satisfied with their services and recommend to visit their website.
