The owner of Waterloo Health Foods, Helen, has been an invaluable support to my entire family through the various health problems we've had over the years. She took the time to get to know our family, and always asked how we were doing when we were at the store. She took as much time as needed to explain different products to us, and quite often gave us free samples and discounts when we were going through a rough time, which our family deeply appreciated. We saw her do the same for other customers, always taking the time to ask how they and their family members were doing. She will always hold a special place in our hearts.
