She's Fit screwed over ALL of their Kitsilano members by giving us one months notice of their closing, even though they knew for at least a year and continued to charge the $150 enrollment fee. When I asked them how to get out of the contract I signed to be with them for a year, they said I had to pay $75 to get out even though they are closing. Now I have no gym to go to AND I can't get any of my $150 enrollment fee back after only 2 months of being there, AND they are charging me $75 to cancel my membership with them even though they are closing on December 16th.

I inquired today about joining and was appalled by the rude Manager / Membership person at the end of the phone. I asked to speak to a consultant because I was hoping they have nicer staff on-board, but she said I have to speak to her.
Too bad, I was ready to commit and they lost me right at the first call.
Poor customer service will get you .... nowhere fast these days.

I had also a very negative experience with the Kits manager Karen. I know of at least a few member that left because of her . I will NEVER renew my membership at any of these locations mainly because of this person. Too bad, it used to be a decent gym years ago. Good manners and good customer skill do go a long way!
