This school is a great introduction to the general concept of martial arts. The training is less than rigid, and technique is allowed to be sloppy. Advancements are made without gaining adequate skill, providing the student with a false sense of accomplishment. For those merely wishing to gain an introduction and a decent workout however, this school could not be a better choice.
