Had a pick up order. I stood at the online order line while several associates walked by and two cashiers just looked at me. NO ONE acknowledged me. After about five minutes a woman came in and stood at the return line next to me with her return. Someone finally came over to help and waited on her first! Do better Ulta!

The store at glenbrook was fun shopping. Everyone was so helpful. I had my 7 year old granddaughter with me, the lady working the floor was so nice and showed her some makeup, best shopping trip she had ever been on. Thank you for making her day. I would recommend your store to everyone. Do any of the stores have a section for children's play makeup?

Upon entering I was greeted by an upbeat helpful young lady who gave me options behind the registers as I was looking for a blush brush. Alynna, the Lead cashier offered to show me where and gave her input as to her favorites and why
Both young ladies were helpful. Alynna’s infectious spirit left me smiling- thank you for hiring a wonderful staff!

Riley has done my hair several times and I have never NOT been super impressed with the outcome. She's walked me through the jitters of never having someone other than my mom (a former stylist) cut my hair for more than 30 years and helped me find my own style as we slowly went from just trimming my hair to biting the bullet and going purple. She does an excellent job talking through the process and explaining what she's doing and what products she's using.

As far as general service, everyone I've spoken to has been friendly and helpful.

First time checking out this location and from the looks of the store, I thought I was gonna love it. However, customer service (at least for someone like me, was non-existent). There were at least 4 associates including a manager floating around the store during the 20+ minutes I spent looking for my item. Other customers around me were greeted and assisted...but not me. I walked the entire store and not a word was uttered to me. It was very disappointing! And what made it worse was that I advised the manager (her name started with a D) of the lack of service I received and she nonchalantly blamed it in being short-staffed. I could have laughed aloud! They were in no way short-staffed. But I won't sweat it. I made a tiny purchase so as not to feel like I wasted 40 minutes but I'll go to Macy's (where they treat me like a valued client) for all the other items I wanted to get

Needless to say, I will NOT be returning.
