Airstream did a very poor furnace install and overcharged on everything. When we tried to bring up our concerns with the install and question the bill, the owner Ed basically called us liars, yelled at me, immediately threatened a builder's lien on our home, and hung up on me several times. You simply are not allowed to question Airstream or else.
They have slightly modified their name to avoid bad BBB ratings, don't let the unaccredited one fool you. Please do your due diligence on them and protect your investment!
