I’ve been a customer for years and had to call about AC issues during a heat wave in early July. Bob and Evan arrived and got my unit up and cooling while working through a torrential rain storm, all while keeping their sense of humour. In past regular maintenance appointments, I have found their staff to be pleasant, knowledgeable, clean and the work was completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company for AC and furnace .

I had Custom Comfort install a Ductless Split AC and Heat Pump in my home recently and all I can say is WOW. The installers arrived on time and were polite and clean. They protected my hardwood floors and carefully moved furniture so they could do their work. When they were done you wouldn't even know they were there as the work area was completely cleaned. The wall that the Ductless was installed against had not a scratch on it. The job only took a day to do so there was no disruption to my family's routine. Customer care is second to none!

In June/2012 I had a furnace installed. The installer put the new thermostat in the original thermostat's location which had a hole in the wall. It was obvious from one of the Custom Care personnel
that the thermostat was picking up hot air, thus causing the air conditioner to run constantly. I received a new thermostat, free of charge, & it was installed in a different location. However, this still did not resolve the air conditioning problem. Yet again a rep from Custom Care attended & checked the air conditioning unit itself, & told me all levels were fine. I made a call to a different company..& right away I was told there was a leak somewhere in the system & they needed to locate it. I explained that I had been told all levels were 'up'..but this fellow said "I don't know what kind of tools the guy used, but the leak is obvious". He then found the leak..& the leak was due to the fact that the soldering on the pipe connecting to the furnace was not done properly. I saw this for myself when shown. Once the soldering was complete, the technician then ensured there was no air in the pipes, then all levels were at the top. The air conditioning was working as it should, cooling the house & shutting off when it should. Unfortunately for me..this cost me $500. which I hadn't planned on spending..but feel it could have been avoided if Custom Comfort had done the soldering properly in the first place. A few months later, I sold the home, leaving the new buyers will a brand new furnace, & a tuned up central air conditioner. Never would I do business with Custom Comfort again.
