Criminal sales tactics. They sell “exchange” propane cylinders, which is fine if that’s what they were. When you buy into the program for a premium price you can exchange your cylinder at anytime regardless of expiry date. Here’s the kicker! You can’t exchange your expired cylinder for an “exchange”. Which I would be fine with if the cylinders they sold were brand new. They’re not. I bought into the “exchange program” last year, I went to exchange my cylinder this year, I can’t because it’s expired.

Scum company, scum sales tactics. Avoid at all costs.

Final bill was almost twice the initial quote. Not sure why I bothered with asking what it would cost.
Workers did a decent job on site. Just ensure you have extra cash on hand if dealing here.

I prepaid for an A/C unit and installation from Energy Tech. After my payment processed, the owner sent an email stating they would not provide the service and would refund my payment. After looking at my bank statement, I saw that the entire amount I paid was not refunded. I contacted Energy Tech who told me they would not give me the entire amount I paid. So, no service, and they pocketed a portion of my money. I will definitely not refer Energy Tech to anyone.
