Came in today for my first purchase and Jaden was such a great help for me. He is a very knowledgeable person, and always kept a big smile on his face. Appreciate your work Jaden!

This review is for the Largo location only. After receiving my card,I went to couple dispensaries but locked on to this location because it was upbeat and friendly and looked forward to picking up because of the atmosphere. I started seeing a deep decline in the overall atmosphere there. Then one day i had the most uncomfortable transaction with an employee that made me not want to return. But i did reluctantly because of location. After 3 more trips it was clear it was way different. Maybe it's me, because thats the norm when an employee has a bias. It seemed almost overnight the shift in service. Anyone ever working a CUSTOMER service job knows you want to KEEP customers. I don't know what happened. But I hope it changes. This is a lifesaver for some people! I'm sorry for the review.

Always welcomed in by the staff. All are very knowledgeable on all aspects of the products. I enjoy the fact I never feel rushed to “get me out of there” and on to the next. They take the time with me individually and ensure I purchase the exact product I’m seeking on that particular visit. Highly recommend and they have other Curaleaf options closer than Largo but it just works for me and worth traveling a little further for a guaranteed pleasant shopping experience. JH

Beware of this location. Under superlvision of Jaden they did not provide my accessories and I had to beg to get them, even though I paid for it.
Customer service is not a priority rather his ego since he would not allow me to speak to him in an upset way. With gas prices being unaffordable how can you not think I'm upset to come back. I asked for a lighter because that would be nice and he said he would not for me because he didn't like my attitude.
This location will never see another dime from me and be weary of taking your money there too especially if you value your time, gas money and you want your merchandise that you already paid for to be included in the bag that they send you home with. Do not go there unless you're cool with them messing up and then treating you badly in return, if you like that , this place is for you.

This location is always stocked and extremely friendly. They run specials all the time. The people are knowledgeable in their field. I go here all the time and they’re always professional and they remember you when you walk in. The personal touch the staff offers is a great feeling. I ride my bike 8 miles, passing other dispensaries to visit Curaleaf, in Largo.
