I called to have The Service Experts / Limcan Walker look at my HVAC system. I was told a piece of equipment wasn't working properly, and the serviceman turned it off. Our heating bills skyrocketed, so we turned it back on, and had no further problems, the rest of the winter. When our AC wasn't working efficiently, we called them back. We were told we needed a brand new system, up to $8,000, even though the unit is just a few years old. We opted to get a second opinion from a different, local, HVAC company, and that technician found we were simply low on freon. He checked for leaks and topped-up the system, and now our AC has been working just fine. Not only did this other company only charge us a few hundred dollars, the technician strongly disagreed with the Limcan technician, stating our system was in great shape, was actually very powerful for the size of our home, and would likely last us very well for another ten years.

In short, I would not recommend The Service Experts / Limcan Walker, based on my experience. We were never given any options, other than thousands of dollars in new equipment that, apparently, we never needed.
