They scheduled an appointment right away. It was an expert technician they assigned to me for my oven that was not heating. I was very surprised by his promptness and efficiency in fixing up my furnace that was not blowing. The service I received was very satisfying. We will call them in the future as well as recommend them to our neighbors.
