C.J. is the bomb! I've been meaning to do a review for weeks but I ddnt know his name and was gonna do it anyway but he was in there last week and I made sure I got his name! C.J. is always fast when it comes to making orders and he makes it fresh and delicious! My ACAI bowls are thee best when he makes it! C.J. I was in there last Thursday before work! Thank u C.J. b/c alot of pple are not good at their jobs or dont seem to care but u get the job done! My food is always good when u make it! Lol. Seriously! Thank u C.J. and Tropical Smoothie go ahead and give him a raise and have him train the others! Thank u again C.J.!

I had a very disappointing experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe today( now) . I ordered a smoothie and specifically asked the employee to make it thick. However, she made a very watery smoothie. I told her that I did not want a watery smoothie and asked her to make it thicker. Instead, she added about a full cup of ice and blended it twice, basically making it an ice smoothie. She then gave me extra smoothie and said that she had added extra ice. I told her to blend it well, and she blended it again, but the smoothie still tasted very watery and was not thick at all.

I honestly did not like the smoothie and ended up leaving it because I could not enjoy it. I also tried calling the store literally almost five times to explain my concern, but no one answered the phone. This is extremely disappointing customer service. The employee was also not friendly or welcoming and did not even smile or show any concern when I explained the issue.

I paid for a smoothie that I could not drink or enjoy. I would like management to please look into this and provide a refund or a replacement. I hope someone from the store actually responds because I was unable to reach anyone by phone.

got mad at me for wanting a smoothie drink other than the free one and called ungrateful . how am i ungrateful for a service im paying for? if you hate your life cuz ur stuck making smoothies all day thats none of my concern. they purposefully made my purchased drink wrong.

​I stopped by this Tropic Smoothie Cafe in Atlanta and it was exactly like my home location: absolutely perfect. It is great to find a spot that maintains such high standards across the board.
​The Acai Bowl was amazing and definitely the standout of my visit. On top of the food, the staff here are great people who are friendly and efficient. If you want a reliable, delicious, and healthy spot in Atlanta, this is it!

Very disappointed! I work up the street from this location and typically order for delivery of my order. In the last couple months I have had to get refunded thru uber eats, a couple of times. My smoothies have been wrong. The taste was awful each time. If you’re out of the items included in the smoothie just cancel the order instead of just making anything. It’s not fair to the consumer. I order between the hours of 8-11. The morning crew has to do better!!
