Wes was excellent. He did a great job of explaining how everything works. He identified the issues I’m having with my feet. I was able to try on the supports and walk around in them. I immediately felt the difference. I am physically active and after trying them on I’m confident my performance will improve as a result having the right type of support.

Store manager Sadegh took extra care in measuring, analyzing and fitting me. I’ve got happy feet now! I only wish I had done this years ago. I’m a former ballet dancer and really value my feet. With these inserts, my posture has improved, so this lessens back pain, improves skeletal alignment, and strengthens ankles, etc.A great investment in overall health. Highly recommend Sadegh in Carmel Mountain store—he went above and beyond—extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, he made this a delightful experience. Even got a pair of Brooks. Plus, this is a Carlsbad based company, which was a nice surprise, even though they have locations around the world now. Five stars for sure!

My husband and I just visited Mika at the Carmel Mountain Good Feet store. Our service was excellent! Years ago we purchased the arch supports from Good Feet and knew there was a warranty. We were amazed by how Mika and the team at Carmel Mountain treated us as we returned our used arch supports. They fitted us for new supports, discussed any issues we had, and made sure we were happy with the exchange of our old supports for new ones. We realize that this was a great investment as the warranty is just as advertised. No cost for follow-up services, fittings and replacements. I highly recommend the product and the service at Carmel Mountain Good Feet Store.
