After previously having this same surgery in Kingston, we were referred to BSSNY. Best move ever. No long waits, all the staff is knowledgeable courteous. Dr DeLotbiniere (probably spelled wrong) is the best! He was kind, patient and handled all our concerns. I would recommend them every time!!

I had severe back issues, that reached a point that it hindered my daily life. I did some research and found this place. I saw Dr John Galeno. He went over my MRI with me, explained all the issues and the surgical procedure to provide relief. I went with it. I had fusion from L2-S1. Also laminectomy to relieve pressure from my spinal cord and nerve. It was a delicate and long surgery, but successful. It does require a long recovery time, but worth it. Post 5 months and I’m almost pain free. I’m able to walk without losing my balance. I use a cane just for stability when I’m outside my house. I truly recommend this center if you have back issues. It worked for me, it can work for you too!!!

Dr. Costantino and his PA Alexis have been phenomenal! From NY first appointment they did everything they had to do to make me better. He took one lol at me and couldn't believe I prior doctors didn't get me immediate care. Within 48 hours I was in an OR as that was the safest way to biopsy my tumor. After discovering it was cancer and had broken through from my nasal passage to under my brain he assembled a team of 3 surgeon to remove it safely. Dr. Tobias from this practiced joined him along with a neurosurgeon from another practice. The outcome was a miracle. They faced challenges during my over 9 hour surgery but got the job done! They have continued to provide excellent care and follow through with the rest of my cancer care. Dr. Costantino and Alexis are an awesome team and I can not recommend them enough.i appreciate them beyond words.

Dr Koch and his staff are compassionate and consummate professionals. He is a caring and talented surgeon who will give you all the information you need to make the right decision for you. They are courteous, on time and the after care is great, too. Can't say enough good things about them.

Life-Changing Experience with Dr. Constantino & Dr. Lo

I recently had a Jugular Vein Decompression and C1 resection to restore blood flow from my brain, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received. Dr. Constantino was exceptional—he took the time to explain everything clearly before surgery, which helped me feel confident and prepared.

During the procedure, he and Dr. Lo worked as a phenomenal team. They even brought in a nerve monitoring company to ensure the highest level of safety and to minimize any post-op side effects. Their attention to detail and expertise were evident every step of the way.

The incision was expertly closed, resulting in a very minimal scar. Both surgeons are true experts in their field, and their office and clinical staff were equally fantastic.

This surgery has truly been life-changing for me, and I’m so thankful for the exceptional care I received!
