Great hotel for the area. Gives you that in the woods feeling. Only drawback was no elevators. I am mobility challenged and we were in a room on the 2nd floor. Would be nice if hotels list if they have elevators or not. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms...would stay here again!

If you are thinking of having a wedding or any sort of event here, DO IT! The staff here are incredible. I had the honor of being a wedding coordinator for a wedding held at Plumpjack and Kerri + Bonnie were AMAZING to work with! The on site staff during the event day were all extremely helpful and accommodating, not to mention the amazing food served by the chef. Couldn't have more great things to say about this place, 10/10 recommend!

We chose PlumpJack for our wedding for many reasons, and we are SO happy that we did.

The entire PlumpJack Inn team, from start to finish, was AMAZING to work with. Rob and Kerri made the entire planning process was seamless and made planning a wedding feel so much less daunting.

The weekend of the wedding, the front desk staff, bartenders, waiters- basically anyone on staff that we talked to- was so kind and generous. Everyone was personable and seemed genuinely excited that we were there to celebrate our wedding. They made all of our guests staying at the hotel feel comfortable and welcome throughout their stay.

During the wedding itself, the whole PlumpJack team was clear on their job, what meals were going to each person and made sure that the entire event ran seamlessly. We had so many compliments from guests about how professional the entire staff was and how well the event ran.

We cannot recommend PlumpJack Inn enough! Thank you!!

Plumpjack Inn is a convenient option for those skiing at Palisades, it is literally steps from the lift and the village. Parking is included and the restaurant downstairs is excellent!! We loved the delicata squash pasta and the selection of homemade ice creams. Everyone we interacted with was so kind and helpful, shout out to Tommy who helped shovel our car and get us out of the parking lot safely. The one thing I will say is that our room was not cleaned in the 3 days we stayed here. Also the hot tubs were out of order. However we would stay here again!

Amazing experience staying here this last weekend! Juan was amazing and upgraded our room! The location is incredible. We ate at the restaurant twice it was so good! We will definitely be back! Thanks again!
