My first doing hydrotherapy session - and the after effects are terrific, feeling vibrant, alert and energetic. The staff are wonderful, and the colonics session is a packed with value. The session started with a consultation, proceeded into hydrotherapy, colon massage, and a probiotic and more wellness education. It was a very welcoming experience and I was felt comfortable and valued. Highly recommended!
