I am very happy with the job that Benjamin has done. Benjamin was friendly and explained everything to me, best of all his price was not only fair but he did something extra which was very nice. For someone who is willing to go beyond what he was initially asked to do is a "VIRTUE". Although the job was small but well done. Benjamin deserves a 5 star rating.

Had a great experience working with Esto from First Class Roofing for some exterior fixes on my home. He helped repair the trim and fascia, replaced a gutter downspout, and fixed a soffit issue at one corner of the roof.

What really stood out was how polite and professional he was throughout. He worked quickly and efficiently without cutting corners, and his attention to detail was clear in the final result. Pricing was reasonable, and I appreciated that he was willing to take a look at a few additional minor issues without hesitation.

Overall, very happy with the service and attitude. I’m likely to reach out to him again for roofing and other exterior work in the future. Highly recommend!

First Class Roofing & Renovations rented a flat deck trailer from Excel Trailers, and it was a great experience working with them. Communication was clear, and payment was fast and professional. Carlos was excellent to deal with. I wish all clients were like this. I’m sure they treat their customers just as well. Will recommend to my friends for sure.

Esto was very quick to respond and came in right away on the day that I inquired. My other roofer ghosted me after what they did with their shady work, so they have fixed it in par with the standard recommended during the house inspection. They have also provided a summary of what they have repaired. The repair was good, and they are very quick to respond.

This is a review for First Class, Roofing And Renovations for the JAMES HARDIE FIBER CEMENT siding installed the summer of August 2025. First, I want to say that when all the other companies were too busy to assist me for a small patch job from woodpecker damage, First Class Roofing and Renovations found time to help me. They listened and heard me. Adriane answered, listened, and kept me updated on a timely basis. I was provided with a written quote, made a 50% deposit and then was provided with a receipt. Shortly after, the bin arrived on the street in front of my house. Within a week or two, the workman arrived and got started taking off the old siding and replacing it with hardie board. Then the paint was applied for a final update. Afterwards, they replaced the mailbox, the fence posts and the cameras. Love the black trim. House and shed looks awesome! The workmen cleaned up everything and another came by to see if everything was completed to satisfaction. Overall, everyone was very helpful and communicative. I'm pleased with the end result and glad I went with First Class Roofing and Renovations and will be booking again in the future.
