We bought a Spec Home in Okotoks, and were worried about not having proper involvement during the design/construction of our home. This is our 4th new home and we know a thing or two about the Good, the Bad and the Ugly when it comes to home builders.

Overall this has been our best experience so far, with good workmanship and extremely good service. Issues, which were almost non-existent, were resolved promptly and to our satisfaction.
Not perfect but a pleasant overall experience.
