Updated - Moved rating to 3 stars. They reached out after calling to get my feedback on the service provided. A refund was issued for the $168. I'm grateful and appreciative for that, but it was still just a gesture, and when all elements are considered it was not a 5 star experience. But I was the left with the impression they are accountable and willing to work with customers to make things right.

drew addressed my leaky toilet in a fast and good manner. called superior plumbing and heating for a leaking toilet. they sent drew and he replaced my wax gasket. highly recommend!!

Conner was pleasant, polite, very competent. He worked efficiently and carefully. I particularly appreciated his easy going manner and how he cleaned up beautifully after completing the job. He is a very bright and pleasant young man.

I was very pleased with the service from Superior Plumbing.

The crew (Conner and coworker) that attended my home to assist with pipe blockage was exteremly knowledgeable and professional about completing task.

Work was completed quickly and resolved issue immediately.

Very pleased with their performance and professionalism.
